Wakefield Sports Club is located at College Grove sports ground, on Eastmoor Road, WF1 3RR. For directions please use either Multimap or Google Maps. Alternatively, follow signs to Wakefield Rugby Club around town.

The sports ground features a football pitch, hockey pitch, 5-aside multi use games area and a recently refurbished changing room facility. The rifle and pistol club also has premises on-site. There are bowling greens adjacent to the club house, which has numerous function rooms and a licenced bar which can host music and dance events.
